  My family is being treated by an orthopedic surgeon. Most of the doctors are polite, but some of the reception staff have a bad attitude, even at the counter, and do not respond appropriately. The doctor in charge has changed, and there was no time written on the paper for the next appointment, so I called and asked, and was told that it was because the doctor in charge was not an appointment-only doctor. That's fine, but the way the male clerk on the phone said it sounded like it was obvious, which made me feel very bad. If there is no explanation at the time of making the reservation, we won't understand, so even though I asked them to explain it clearly, they didn't say sorry until the end, and I was left with a bad feeling. Although the doctors provide excellent treatment, it is a shame that many of the reception staff are of poor quality.

I think there are probably few opportunities to look inside your own stomach, so if you have the time, you might enjoy it. It is located near Tsuchiyama Station, but if you are coming from the north of Tsuchiyama Station or returning north, you will have to pass through narrow and confusing roads such as one-way alleys, so if you are not confident in driving a car, please take the Akihime Main Line. It's easier to come from the side. If possible, we recommend coming to the hospital by train or bus.
