  前年在此店買了三把廚刀，柳刃'出刃'三德包丁，選好之後交給店員結帳，其中有一店員說要拿新品給我，沒有讓我檢查就自行打包，等我帶回家打開一看，其中的柳刃刀尖居然斷了一小截，被那店員調包了！ 沒想到日本商人也會玩陰的，號稱最有歷史的包丁店竟然不顧信譽欺騙客戶，大概以為是觀光客好欺侮吧？!那把柳刃我原封不動放在櫥櫃裡，紀念這家不誠信的商家!!從此，我對日本人再也不那麼信任了！

  Know what you want before coming down here! The amount of knives is staggering! Knowing the differences in steel is helpful to narrow down your choices but the stores around here have everything!

  Found Naniwa Chosers stones here. Person helping me spoke English. FYI - This place was visited by Japanlogy - Japanese Kitchen Knife.
