  One day two years ago, when I was at a cafe taking a break around 10pm, I was approached by an elderly employee named Sakurai who wore a mask. The message was, ``Someone has been banned from the Harashin Hanazono store due to overstay,'' and he graciously came to warn me. I could hear the threatening gaze from the masked face of the employee named Sakurai, and I tried to talk to him to try and correct his manners, but this place often reports complaints about other people who aren't wearing masks. I heard that many customers do this. In the past, I had listened to the women who were soliciting religious advice here so as not to inconvenience the other guests staying there, but on earth that kindness was due to my own self-sacrifice. What was it for? It was also a moment when I wondered. At the Genshin supermarket, which is located in a growing number of new residential areas, there are many customers who are concerned about hygiene, which must be stressful, but wearing a non-woven mask can cause germs to grow during the day, so people are not intentionally wearing it. Despite this understanding, an obese female employee once told me at the self-checkout counter, "You don't wear a mask." It seems that people are now free to choose their hair at work, and many employees at the Genshin Supermarket in Nagaoka City are dyeing their hair brown and blonde. By the way, Mr. Sakurai, an elderly employee, had been working hard while using crutches because he had suffered a leg injury sometime last year. I pray that you will continue to work for a long time.
