This is a long post, I apologize. I went here because the reviews looked good. First impressions were good, at first. On my first visit, I was taken to the second floor and was given detailed explanations such as a saliva test, tests to see if I was prone to cavities, and things I should be careful about from now on to avoid getting cavities. It was good. I learned a lot because it was a test that would not be easily done at a normal dental clinic. thank you very much. The receptionist and the person who took care of my teeth on the second floor were very nice people and gave me good explanations, which was great. However, the people who treated me on the first floor... First of all, we talk a lot! I found a cavity in my tooth and had to undergo treatment on the first floor. At this clinic, dental cleanings and other services are on the second floor, and dental treatment is on the first floor. It may have only happened in my case, but during the treatment for a cavity, a male dentist and a young female assistant, who seemed to be new to the dentist, chatted casually. During treatment, we often have conversations such as ``Those Chateraise sweets are delicious, aren't they?'' or the music playing in the hospital, ``I remember this song,'' and ``I used to listen to it a lot.'' It was during the treatment!? I was surprised to hear such a conversation while treating a patient's teeth!!! This is the first time that I have experienced the kind of chatter that staff members do during breaks during treatment! You may be trying to create a friendly workplace so that newcomers don't feel nervous about new work, but I think it's better to consider the time and place. I don't think it would be possible for staff members to constantly engage in casual small talk that has nothing to do with the patient while treating a patient's teeth. and, I had a white tooth covering applied to my tooth due to cavities, but there were various problems there as well. At the dental clinic I used to go to, I was able to choose the color of the crown. I consulted with the hospital staff to choose a similar color so that it wouldn't look out of place with other tooth colors, but that wasn't the case here. They just do what the dentist tells them, ``This is a good thing, so I'm going to use it,'' and they don't explain what's good and how, and they don't show them any samples, so they just go with the flow of making tooth crowns. However, the young, new female assistant laughed at me. ``Are you going to make a cover with that? Huh? Is that what you're using?'' I said, and the person next to me laughed. That alone made me feel really bad, but I didn't understand it at the time, so I didn't understand why they were laughing at me. It wasn't until the cover was completed and she put it on that I understood why the new assistant was smiling. It feels very strange because the color is completely different from the rest of your teeth. I was speechless and couldn't say anything. For example, the color is similar to the white color of cheap nail polish sold at Daiso, or the white color of a correction pen. It is not the natural white of your teeth, but an artificial, unnatural white. The color of the crown was completely different from the rest of my teeth, so I felt a lot of discomfort, to the point where I hesitated to open my mouth in public. So I think it's better to check with your teacher before putting on a headgear. I think it's better to ask your teacher what it looks like and the colors, and then make sure you're satisfied with it before making it. I can't say anything and I regret it... And it seems like the new assistant's skills are lacking... It seemed like they didn't know how to use the machine, so they tried various things and tried to do it themselves, but the machine didn't work and it didn't work, and in the end, there were times when the power outlet was just unplugged. There are many similar things. And the temporary cover that my assistant had put on me came off really quickly every time. I was told not to bite on the tooth with the crown on because it would come off easily, so even though I did that, I just moved my mouth a few more times during my first meal after returning home and it all went away in no time. It had come off. I think that's because the next time my dentist put it on, I couldn't get it off for two weeks. Since I'm a newbie, I think it's inevitable that I'm lacking in skill, but I was able to realize and learn that just a single difference in technique can make a huge difference in how long a person lasts. There are many other things, but It is a common occurrence for the teacher to say, ``Open your mouth,'' but leave the child open, and then the teacher goes somewhere and never returns. This goes for both the doctor and the assistant, but my mouth gets tired from continuing treatment with my mouth open for long periods of time, but they never take breaks. Sometimes people ask me if I'm okay, but no, I wish they'd asked me earlier, not now. I thought to myself, ``I must have kept my mouth open for a much longer time.'' I have a lot of things on my mind, but I can't write them down so I'll leave them here. It's a shame because this clinic had good reviews. I was treated by a new doctor and a new assistant, so the reviews may have been good because the staff who had been there before treated me well. I had no choice but to go there until the treatment was over, but I won't be going back anymore. I am giving this a 2 star rating because the receptionist and the staff who cleaned my teeth on the 2nd floor were very responsive.

The building is very beautiful and cool The director is also a very nice person and I highly recommend him as a dentist. The treatment was excellent and they responded flexibly. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist is so kind and responsive.I have never been good at going to the dentist since I was a child, and it makes my stomach hurt. But Harada Dental is the first dentist that made me want to go. My daughter has been treated and I can send my children with peace of mind. The best! !

My mum visiting from South Africa needed emergency attention and was of course nervous about not being able to communicate well. However she was taken aback by the gentle care and attentive concern the dentist and the staff had for her. She quickly felt very comfortable. Thank you all for taking care of her!!! The dentist speaks a bit of English but we did bring a friend to translate which came in handy with the forms.
