  a very very local mall. Never meant for tourist. If you want to peek into how the locals live and do their daily shopping, this is the place to visit.

  It's a big shopping center because Tenmaya Happy Town and Topia, a local merchant association, are together. Since Nitori opened a store on the second floor, the clothing items have been reduced considerably and moved to the first floor. It's a shame because there are many specialty stores, but Happy Town's clothing was good and reasonably priced. The third floor is an indoor parking lot, so you can use it without getting wet even if it rains.

  Visited in July 2022. I felt nostalgic as it resembled the exterior of a store that used to be in the area where I lived. I thought it was interesting that although there was a place like a normal grocery store, there was also a greengrocer, fruit shop, fishmonger, and butcher in small sections. There is also a game center, Nitori, a bookstore, clothing, and household goods. Parking is available not only on the ground or on the rooftop, but also in shaded areas, which is a blessing during the hot summer months.
