  I used it for an overnight stay the other day, but unfortunately, as others have commented, the inside of the store was not clean at all. There was no drink bar, and the desk was decorated with half-finished drinks, empty liquor bottles, and dressings, so it was not something I would want to drink. The seats had simple mats that looked like cushions, and the blankets had spider webs and the hair of our ancestors on them. There were some small cockroach-like insects living in the cracks in the walls in the private room, and they would come out from time to time. Even though it was January, there was no heating, so it was not a comfortable sleeping environment. I thought I would be able to put up with a little bit of unsanitary conditions, but it was the dirtiest level ever. I think it's fine if you think of it as a camping trip with just an outlet and a roof.

  It was terrible. I entered the store with the intention of staying in June 2022. I was willing to put up with the store being dirty, but playing online games in a separate booth? An old man who seems to be a regular there often makes strange noises. The store owner remains silent. I didn't think it was a good place to sleep, so I found another cheap hotel and left quickly.

  Used on May 1, 2020. No matter what I say, it's dirty. There were blankets and cushions that looked like they had been worn out since the Showa era, and the spines of the manga were all faded...The drink bar was constantly out of order and only served orange juice. Furthermore, used mayonnaise and dressing were placed there for some reason, and there were several cockroaches...Although it is an internet cafe, there is no Wi-Fi, so I have to say that the quality is quite poor compared to a typical internet cafe. I don't get it. If you want to stay cheap at Necafe, I think it would be better to go to a nearby town and stay there.

  Extremely unsanitary. There may be trash left behind from the previous user, or there may be stains or hair on the seats. Perhaps because cockroaches are common, dumplings to exterminate cockroaches are placed everywhere. The building is old, there are only reclining seats (and I don't know how to recline), there aren't many types of drinks, and the staff is unfriendly. Showers are free, but I didn't use them because they seemed unsanitary. I've used internet cafes for about 40 nights all over the country as accommodation during my travels, and this is one of the worst. By the way, although it says it's open all year round, it's actually closed on Tuesdays.
