  On February 20th, I bought 5 packs of Takoyaki from Takosen who was at the front entrance. It was delicious even when it was cold. I tried frying it at home to make it more delicious. The outside dough was crispy and delicious. Thank you.

  1.Employee training is not done at all. 2. Gift products are not managed properly. I purchased jelly and fruit as gifts, but the jelly had only 4 days left until its expiration date from the date of purchase. The fruits were discolored and some were starting to rot.   The customer service at the cash register was quite unpleasant for a woman named Matsutata, who was around 30 years old. They didn't accept point cards and gave cold customer service to the grandmother who was in front of me. Since she's an old woman, I don't think she knows much about cards. I would like you to kindly teach me. It seemed like a hassle. I felt so bad watching it. I would like to work behind the scenes. I often use this store, but I don't want to go there when the staff is unfriendly.

  The other day, at the 50th anniversary sale, kitchen paper was priced at 59 yen, but it was already sold out at 11am. picture! ?why? I guess they didn't have any intention of selling from the beginning... even though they put out big flyers every day for just one day... Often times, when there is a special sale, the item disappears right away, so I wonder if it was a mistake in ordering, or if they really don't want to sell it. If you really want customers to come to you, you need to sell them properly.
