::I was taken care of by the cardiology department. I was rushed to the hospital, and the people there were all very nice! The doctor in charge was a man, but he respected my privacy during the heart echo, and explained my condition in a way that was easy to understand and kind. I thought it was really nice to be able to talk about it properly! Even when I was transferred to another hospital, they kindly talked to me until the end and sent me off. Thank you so much! I was also grateful that the nurse immediately brought an ice pillow when I had a fever 😭 However, it was a very old hospital. I think the toilet door, hospital room door, desk, etc. were all old and difficult to use.

::My child was taken to the emergency room. I was asked the exact same thing at the doctor's appointment as I had written on the medical questionnaire at the reception desk, and I had just written it down. I thought. The result was a wait-and-see approach, but the doctor in training went somewhere else after waiting there. I thought it was odd that I was left alone for about 30 minutes, so I left the room and found out if it was still there. I was given a similar reaction...even though I was the one who told them to wait. When I was paying the bill, the receptionist said, ``I called you many times,'' but I was told to wait in the examination room. I wasted 7,700 yen of time and money. I will avoid visiting this hospital in the future.

::I went to the emergency department in the middle of the night. The office staff were kind and polite, but I felt that the nurses were too indifferent at best, and arrogant at worst. I'm in the same industry, but maybe I'm wrong in expecting a certain level of response from nurses. Whether you respond coolly or politely, the results and salary will remain the same.

::Can't keep appointment time and being late by 2 hours ... never impressed people. Not doctors issue, it is management issues. Hospital must respect patients time.
