  I called to make an appointment for an orthodontic consultation. I wanted to make an early reservation, so when I asked when was the earliest available time, I was met with a high-pressure attitude, and as if I had no common sense, I was instructed on how to hang up the phone in general. I don't know if it was the staff who didn't know what to do, but in the end the call was hung up in an insane way. Being busy is not an excuse. There is a common sense way to hang up a phone. I don't want to call you again. It's uncomfortable. Isn't there a manual for how to hang up the phone? There's no value in going to a place where the staff isn't very well trained. I went to other dentists for consultations, but it was not worth it to me to decide whether to go to this dentist or not. I will go to another dentist.

  I lost both of my retainers on a business trip to Osaka and the Dr saw me right away to get some new ones! I was ashamed, but he was very nice about it. I was relieved. Thank you Dr!
