  I had received very thorough treatment before, but I started to feel uncomfortable, so I called to make an appointment, but the reception desk staff was extremely rude over the phone. I stopped making reservations because I heard people talking about how troublesome it was. I don't know why, but I want to call you when you're not home.

  I am a former resident of Kani City. About 5 years ago, I had a cavity treated that had reached the nerve. Since not all of the nerves were dead, they treated only the dead nerves, leaving the living nerves intact, and instead of putting anything on them, they filled them with plastic. Thank you very much for treating me in the best possible way. I do feel depressed sometimes, but it's not as unbearable as it was back then. I am currently going to a dentist in another prefecture. The receptionist at Hanamizuki was cold, but they were so nice that I wanted to go to Hanamizuki even if I was in another prefecture.
