  Generally, udon restaurants often add rice bowls or tempura, but Hanamaru Udon is unique in that they also have oden! Nowadays, udon tastes very ordinary and doesn't taste particularly special, but the oden that goes with udon is exceptionally delicious! This time, I decided to order "beef udon medium size", oden "two beef tendons" and "radish", and tempura "Hokkaido beef croquette". Originally, I wanted to make the seasonal "beef sukiyaki udon", but unfortunately our store doesn't carry it. Traditional beef udon is delicious with the flavor of beef soaked into the light soup stock. However, although the noodles are delicious, more evolution is required! On the other hand, in the oden, the beef tendon has a soft but crunchy texture, and the daikon radish is soaked in the soup stock and is very delicious. It makes me want to come here just to eat it. If you're going to eat oden during the day, I feel that it's Namaru Udon.
