This is something that should be evaluated because I was repeatedly refused treatment at multiple hospitals. However, the level of nurses was the same as in a general hospital. When I couldn't move due to general discomfort and weakness in the waiting room, no one could help me, so I had no choice but to call 119 and have the person in charge contact the hospital, where I was finally able to rest in bed.
