  The customer service at Japan Post Bank was frustrating. The moment he checked my driver's license and found out that I was younger than him, he started talking like he was treating a child. Furthermore, the procedures take a long time and are prone to mistakes. Also, I ended up going to Japan Post Bank, so I posted this.
