  The staff are very nice and the ATM is open on Saturdays and Sundays, so it's easy to use, but the parking lot is small and there are two entrances and exits. Difficult to park. I would like to have an entrance/exit somewhere.

  I used it to check my Zaisei Savings balance and withdraw money while I was out. When I checked my balance, the amount shown on the calculator was about 350,000 yen lower than what I had figured out. When I asked, "Was it that little?", she tapped the calculator again, but it was the same amount. It didn't make sense to me, but I backed down as it might have been my fault or my memory was wrong.The withdrawal of the money was smooth, but they forgot to return the certificate of asset accumulation savings. Just to be sure, I went to the nearest post office and had them check the balance again, and I was relieved that the amount was exactly as I remembered. I should have gone to the nearest post office from the beginning since it was a hassle twice. It was a shame because the customer service at the counter was kind and nice.

  There is only one ATM and there is no place to wait. Parking lot is small. However, I am very grateful and find it useful.
