  Visited an otorhinolaryngologist due to tinnitus. I understand that tinnitus itself is difficult to diagnose. One month later, there was no particular improvement, and at the second visit, the patient was given the same medication again even though there was no improvement. They also gave me different medicines, but they cost a lot of money along with the medicines that didn't show any improvement. Also, ever since I started having ringing in my ears, I've been having severe stiffness in my neck and shoulders, so I wanted her to prescribe Chinese medicine for that, but she said, ``That doesn't matter,'' and didn't take any action. There is no sense of caring for the patient at all. I think it depends on the doctor in charge, but I was disappointed with this doctor.

Looking at various reviews, there are some people who are dissatisfied. The nurses at Goryokaku Hospital's outpatient clinic are also very nice. The nurses at the otorhinolaryngology department were also kind, and when I consulted with them over the phone, they told me accurate things, and when I went to the outpatient clinic, they spoke kindly to me, which I am grateful for. I waited for half a day and still didn't hear anything, so I told another nurse what happened, but I asked if they haven't been able to contact me for the first time.I asked her for the first time to check on her, and she kept telling me that I would talk to her when she came, and she kept silent. Procrastinate forever. Despite my busy schedule, I spend a lot of time chatting with my good friends. It was so horrible that I realized that I never want to be hospitalized here again.
