There was a sign saying that the opening would be delayed due to the typhoon, so please wait about 30 minutes. I was waiting because it was urgent. An employee came and asked, ``Are you using the post office? It won't be open in the morning due to mechanical failure. Please come closer." This was said in a way that made me feel like I was pushing them back. I was surprised that there was no apology.

  Everyone is always smiling and the customer service is great. This is my first time at a post office like this. If there are people waiting in line, a different staff member will quickly help you from an available counter, or will politely explain anything you don't understand. This is a post office that will cheer you up when you go there.

  You will always be treated with kindness and courtesy. Although it has happened elsewhere, we have never had any problems with the mail with packages sent here. I think they work with a sense of responsibility for each piece of luggage! I am grateful. This is a truly reliable post office!
