I visited a urologist. The doctors, nurses, technicians, and receptionists were all polite and kind. Hospitals are crowded so waiting times are long, but I think it's the same everywhere.

Although it was just one nurse, I wish she had thought more about the words she used to speak to the family of a terminally ill patient.

There is no cafeteria anymore, but there is a shop, foot-operated disinfectant, and non-contact body temperature measurement. Parking is free; we cannot accompany you inside the hospital; you must wait in the general waiting room. #NewCorona Shop ID card payments are possible. You can synchronize using Giga. Apparently the shop will be closed next week due to a makeover. The photo shows a hallway robot, a medical robot, and a delivery robot. The store is Yamazaki Y Shop. Hospital accounting payments are cash only. You may need an insurance card to come back. #MynaCard

The urology outpatient consultation was adequate and the response was minimal. Patients are rarely listened to and treated with appropriate responses. I understand that it's extremely difficult because there are too many patients compared to the lack of doctors, but that's no excuse for sloppy examinations. It's just infuriating and frustrating. The city's general hospitals have a shortage of doctors and too many patients, and none of them are satisfactory. The worst part is that the country, prefectures, and cities have not seriously taken steps to improve the shortage of medical workers and provide management support for hospitals.

I underwent cataract surgery on both eyes at an ophthalmology clinic through the introduction of a friend. The doctor and staff were all very kind and made me feel at ease during the surgery. I felt like I was really close to my patients, explaining them loudly and carefully, even to the elderly. thank you very much.
