  Similar things happen at every branch, but seeing employees discussing customers' personal information with each other shows a lack of trust. I wonder what it's like as a bank. I no longer want to do business with Yajuni Bank.

  The 82 branch is the one closest to my workplace, so I use it often. The female staff at Teller also had good customer service, as you would expect from a store that was the start of Yajuni Bank. When I was having trouble making a transfer between different accounts within the same bank, a veteran teller came all the way from the counter to the ATM location and explained the operation in an easy-to-understand manner. ,I am grateful. This branch is highly trusted by individual shop owners on Chuo-dori.
