  One of the kindest ojichan host I have ever met. The house has everything you could need, microwave, large fridge, kettle. Laundry machine available for ¥300. The share bathroom is not huge and not equipped with a warm toilet seat but it does the job perfectly fine! Amazing value for money and very good location with a family mart just across the road and a very good local supermarket 1min walk away.

  We use it every year during the cherry blossom season. The host is always kind and helpful. There is a Family Mart across the road, and there are pubs and snack bars within walking distance, so it's very convenient. As for the bath, there is a hotel on the site of the Kanpo Inn, about a 10 minute drive, so I use the large bath there. I think it was ¥650.

  This place is a wonderful place here in Aburatsu, not really far from the train station and bus station. If you need to arrive late or leave early, just let the host know while you make your booking. The surrounding is very quite, gentle, and comfort in the morning, afternoon and at night.
