  I think the doctors who treat me are good, but the reception where there is only one person is the worst. She is a very unpleasant old woman who cannot answer the phone properly and has a bossy attitude. I tossed my insurance card so lightly that it slid across the small reception counter and was returned to me. There's no smile. I don't think I would definitely want to attend without a letter of introduction. I feel uncomfortable every time I go. I want you to change into a different person.
