::A restaurant inside the Nyuzen Town Health Exchange Plaza. You can enjoy dishes and desserts made with vegetables grown locally. Because they use fresh vegetables, both the food and sweets are very delicious. The white doria made with young corn that I received this time was also eaten with the young corn attached to the skin, but you could feel the sweetness and green flavor of young corn, a taste that can only be found in fresh local vegetables! The black bean tea and sesame parfait was made with local ingredients and was something you wouldn't see anywhere else, but the sweets were also delicious. *As of May 2024, many restaurants do not serve dinner, and reservations must be made the day before. I came without a reservation, but by chance I had another reservation and they accommodated me.

::This is a store that I was interested in after seeing an information magazine. I was finally able to go. For lunch, we had the chef's doria made with lots of Nyuzen vegetables. It also contains my favorite mussels and scallops, so even though it's a small bowl, it's very satisfying! It was light and made from ancient rice, and you could feel the flavor of the ingredients. It may not be suitable for people who prefer strong flavors. The mini parfait contained baked meringue and had a very fresh texture 😋 I’m glad I asked!

::Lunch time was very lively and the place was almost full. Most of our customers are women. Appetizer salad and doria The béchamel sauce was also very delicious, and since it was made from ancient rice, I enjoyed the texture, and it was quite well-balanced. It was very good. I happened to stop by this shop while driving on a sunny day, and it turned out to be a hit.

::The salads include vegetables that you don't usually eat, the dishes are made with locally grown vegetables, the colors are beautiful, the appearance is good, the staff have good customer service, and their sales pitches are good. It's a very pleasant restaurant. was. The structure of the building was a bit unusual, with a corner of some kind of facility being a gracine restaurant, but it had a stylish design with high ceilings, and a large glass door that overlooked the courtyard and scenery outside. It was a very nice structure where you can feel the four seasons. It was a very nice shop that I really wanted to go to again.

::There are 2 types of lunch for adults in February and 3 types of limited quantity. This time, I ordered ``Ginger Stew Gratine with Plenty of Winter Vegetables and Clam'' from the adult lunch. Lunch comes with salad and rice. Also included is February's dessert ``Sweet Potato Brulee Parfait'' for after-dinner meals. By the way, "gratine" is a French word that refers to a technique of browning food by heating it in an oven. This time's stew gratine is heated with bread and cheese on top, so the fragrant grilled texture is crisp. The soup is flavorful with the melting cheese and clams, and the ginger is delicious. Above all, it was a cold and rainy day, so this was the perfect dish to warm me up from the inside out. The sweet potato pullee parfait is called Hime Ayaka on the menu, but now they use Beni Haruka. The composition from the bottom is coffee jelly, sweet potato cream, apple confit, caramelized sweet potato, mini pie, vanilla ice cream, fiantine, sweet potato brûlée, caramelized almond, and sweet potato chips. It looks beautiful and has a great impact. My personal favorite is the sweet potato brûlée. The rich flavor and sweetness of sweet potatoes will fill your mouth with happiness. Even as a parfait, the coffee jelly had quite a strong flavor, but the apple confit and sweet potato cream perfectly neutralized it, so I was able to enjoy the deliciousness all the way to the very end.
