::Amazing breakfast and service, room is on average but with wonderful bathroom. Shower and other supplies provided are great. Very close to JR station and the hotel is directly connected with outlet tax free shopping center.

::Immaculate hotel. Gracefully aging next to the stunning Otaru coastline. Too for the day - get the ocean view and watch the ferries come and go. Beautiful.

::A very luxurious hotel with great accommodations and polite staff. It's attached to a large shopping mall with plenty of shops and food. Use the Otaru Chikko JR station which has direct access to the mall. There are plenty of signs directing you to the hotel.

::Stayed several nights with ocean view and view was fantastic Liked location connected to restaurants and stores. Parking was easy. Only I did not like was bed sheet was rough texture. I thought bed sheet seemed worn out texture.not so smooth and silky

::This hotel is located in a mall that is close to the Otaru port and ferry. The hotel is offered as a 4 star but is maybe a 2 at best. Our room was pretty dated and unfortunately well worn. The location requires a ride one or two stops to the main Otaru areas and sushi street.
