  All facilities and rooms are good. Except the TERROR LADY FRONDESK last September 19,2021 6:30PM. We are all shocked to the attitude of Lady frondesk during that time. She is very ARROGANT to travellers. She is not possessed by good attitude. I can't recommend this place to my friends.

  Choose a different hotel! If you want to be poisoned from ventilation dirt in the bathroom, at breakfast eat cornflakes with a fork, drink not a Ceylon tea but Ceyron, and have enough long hand to take a napkin from another side of the covid-screen on the table - its a perfect hotel for you. Forget your english to use it at the front desk. Perfect english was spoken only at 09:10 am, when staff kicked me off from the restaurant during enjoying my cup of tea... (open till 09:00 am) I stayed one night 10th of january 2021, and will come never again.

  The location, price and reception services were very good. The room was clean and tidy, but I was worried about the smell. something not smells like tobacco. Should choose a non-smoking room.

  A solid business style hotel. Attentive staff. Facilities are quite dated but reasonably well maintained. Basically Japanese only, I met no staff who spoke English.

  locats near Iwaki station. Hotel has sauna, large bathroom, and you can use night and morning. Every room have private shower. Foods are nice.
