::Had a couple of short stays in this hotel, once in a club room and once in a view room. Both times very comfortable. Great service throughout the stay and club room was a very nice amenity. Views very nice and I was lucky enough to see Fuji-san a couple of times. Clincher though was the great help I got after leaving my wedding ring at the hotel. Was able to recover it after room service found it which was a big relief and the staff went out of their way to make sure this happened seamlessly.

::Experience from my five day long stay.The location is very good, service is professional but distant and courteous as expected. However the soul d proofing is awful and there are constant crackling and popping sounds from the room structure a,d window frame. Noise from families with loud children from the corridor and through the ceiling and walls is a constant nuisance. It makes you wonder if it's even earthquake resistant. If you want quiet and privacy this hotel is not it

::I stayed for a business trip and the hotel is next to the office, so can't complain. The rooms are very nice and spacious for Japanese hotel standards and they look really grand with all the wooded design. The service was impeccable too. The gym area is a bit small for the number of guests so I was really surprised it was so crowded at 615am. It has a nice pool though. My main issue with the room is that it smells very strongly of old carpet. It's fine if the air conditioner is on but the strong smell comes back right when you stop. The fan and temperature controls may look like they can be adjusted independently but they cannot, so unless you cool your room quite a lot the fan wouldn't turn on, and you get the smell.

::My favorite Hyatt property in Tokyo by far! Love the location of it being next to a shopping mall and not too far away from the Train station. Love the views of Tokyo Tower and the freeway from my room. Excellent staff experience during check-in. Room service was great when one didn't feel like exploring the city late at night after being out all day, it was superb. Whether you went with the American dishes or the Japanese dishes. Definitely hope to be back there as my main go to for my next Japan trip while in Tokyo.

::We had a fabulous five night stay at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. The property was lovely and conveniently located for both shopping and subway access. The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated and very well cared for. Service was excellent. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The food options were also fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast each day at the French Kitchen, had a wonderful lunch at Fiorentina and had a couple of delicious room service meals as well. We had a wonderful stay, and I hope to have the opportunity to return someday.
