  I have nothing to complain because all staffs were doing their best to provide the best services. We went there during Golden Week so we could watch fire work and traditional dance. It's incredible. Onsen is great too. We've been to many of XIV hotels, this is one of our favourite Resort trust group hotels. I'm sure going to stay at XIV again. Thank you for you hard work.

  Exceptional hotel, with amazing view over the ocean, especially during sunset and sunrise. At night the sky is gorgeous filled with stars. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in the mountains like a castle. In the evening, cocktails are served at the poolside. The restaurants are delicious, we had Italian dinner and French breakfast. A charter bus takes you from the hotel to the spa. The spa baths are a great way to relax, and the view on the mountains was also gorgeous.

  You will feel yourself like a queen or a king. Their room is so nice.

  I completely enjoyed my stay at the Grand XIV Naruto resort. The service was wonderful and I really enjoyed the delicious kaiseki meal. I loved the Italian villa feel of this place.
