::This store is located in Iwade City, Wakayama Prefecture. The owner of the shop became independent after being trained at Nara's ``Muteppou'' school. This is a Chinese soba restaurant that perfectly combines tonkotsu ramen and Wakayama ramen. I fell in love not only with the deliciousness of the ramen, but also with the wife's attentive customer service and outstanding operations. I had been there before the move, but this was my first time after the move. When I arrived 40 minutes before opening on Sunday (10:40), there was only one space left in the parking lot. There was a queue of more than 10 people. Please line up only after everyone has arrived (waiting for representatives is prohibited). There are chairs along the wall of the store, so some people can sit and wait. It opened at 11am and I managed to get in in the first round. You buy a meal ticket at the entrance, tell them the number of people, and they will assign you a seat. The three of us sat side by side at the counter. Water is self-serve. You can clearly see the food being prepared right in front of the counter. It's cool to see the owner skillfully cooking the food. It's amazing how they teach the part-time staff exactly as well! ■ Pork bone Chinese noodles (1000 yen) The child ordered. You can choose between standard thick noodles or thin noodles. Ordered with thin noodles. The chashu is thick and large. You can eat the rice medium (100 yen) by dipping it in the soup, and at the end, you can dip into the leftover soup! ! He said it was delicious and drank the soup until the end. ■ Pork bone Chinese noodles with egg (1100 yen) My husband ordered the standard thick noodles. Even though it looked like a rich soup, it wasn't too thick and was delicious. ■ Double soup with egg (1100 yen) Have you ever had W soup? When asked, I answered that it was my first time. ``Seafood soup is stronger, is that okay?'' I asked. Choose thin noodles, the light soup is full of flavor ☆ I love it. I had a small rice bowl (50 yen) dipped in the soup. There are always lines on Saturdays and Sundays, so it's quite a hurdle, I’m glad I went! ! Everyone was very satisfied☆
