::Udon is just delicious! Many handmade udon restaurants have a strong texture, but this one is neither too hard nor too soft, and goes perfectly with the dipping sauce. You can choose how to boil the udon, hot or cold. The interior of the restaurant has a high ceiling and large single-board tables, giving it an open feel. I always buy the B-class udon noodles, which are available in limited quantities, before going home.

::I arrived at 2pm and got in without lining up. The staff was very poor at guiding me to my seat. The customer service is not typical of a prosperous store. You will be asked for your order as soon as you enter the store. I think a large serving of udon is enough. More than that, it's a challenger. Don't be greedy! The udon noodles are smooth and not too hard, with a delicious wheat aroma. However, it was so long that I had a hard time eating it. The dipping sauce is seasoned with meat and green onions that go well with the udon. I think udon is delicious for everyone from children to the elderly. Recommended.

::Visited just before 12:00 on a weekday Wednesday. When I wrote my name at the entrance, there were 3 to 4 groups waiting, but I, the single person, was guided to the counter first. The menu is a large serving of udon with meat and green onion dipping sauce and chawan mushi, which I researched in advance. Chawanmushi arrived first. ← When ordering, I was asked for myoga topping, and I was surprised at how delicious it was when I tried it for the first time. The main udon noodles arrived in about 10 minutes. Since everything is made in-house, I was very satisfied with the variety in thickness and chewiness! Is the dipping sauce a little thin? I think accounting was cash only. The torn noren at the entrance gave the impression that it was a long-established store. This is a store I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

::This is a famous store located along National Route 17. The appearance is ``original'' and you can definitely feel that they serve ``country-style'' udon 👍️This was my first visit and I ordered mushroom soup udon. The mushrooms are Shiitake and are large and plump. It also contains fried tofu and green onions. The dipping sauce is thick and sweet. You can add toppings, but today I had it simple 😋 As the name of the restaurant suggests, I realized that this is basic udon. When ordering, I asked for Kinpira Burdock as a souvenir, and when I checked out on the way home, I requested it. I will definitely go again. It was delicious🙏

::2024/05 First visit. Half-mori 275 yen, eggplant soup 385 yen, kinpira 220 yen. It was delicious! Exactly Musashino udon! The taste and saltiness are just right (≧∇≦)b The dipping sauce 🍆 is sweet and the shiitake mushrooms have a nice dashi stock too! I wonder if Kinpei burdock is fried in oil? It was too oily and didn't taste good to me. Great cost performance! I also liked the rural feel of the interior, which made me feel like I was deep in the mountains.
