The menu is on the table to the right as you enter the restaurant. It is called patisserie shaved ice🍧, and it is a Western-style shaved ice that is different from other shaved ice shops. What I ate was ``white wine-scented strawberry shaved ice''. The combination of white wine and strawberries is fresh. It also contains jelly with strawberry pulp inside, and unlike shaved ice that is only sweet, the white wine adds a mild flavor to the shaved ice, making it a taste for adults. (Please note that there is a small amount of white wine in it, so please refrain from driving if you have eaten it.) The other photo is the shaved ice of ``Hazelnut Praline and Soufflé Glacé Chocolate''. Although the name is long, people who have eaten this shaved ice say it has a flavor unlike anything they've ever had before. There are also other unusual types of shaved ice, such as Mont Blanc shaved ice made with high quality chestnuts from Uchiko, and shaved ice made with tonka beans from Brazil, so if you're interested, be sure to stop by the shop! 🍧

::I visited Esprit for the first time in a while. Beautiful cakes are elegantly displayed inside the store. I always buy fresh cakes, but it's been a while since I bought baked goods. The sign inside the store said that a delicious shop has delicious baked goods, and I was right! The pound cake had a moist and rich flavor with a touch of Western alcohol, and I happened to have a variety of pound cakes that I had bought at other shops at the time, so I was able to compare them😊They were by far the most delicious. It was a feast. I'm also curious about the summer jelly in the photo.

::Esprit's cakes are beautiful and I like them so I buy them occasionally. However, even though I ordered the rare cheesecake, it included baked cheesecake. It's definitely called Fromage Cru 😭, but I wish I could have checked the contents of the box before paying. Also, there was a gaping hole in the center of the chocolate cake, was there a plan to put something in it? Or did you hit the one that failed...? I was a little shocked because I love the taste and like it.

I was also curious about the popular ``Esprit'' shortcake, which takes 3 days to make, and there were several cakes with combinations that I couldn't imagine what they would taste like, so it was difficult to narrow down the cake to buy. Next to the product name, they write things like ``This is a French pastry'' and ``A masterpiece of the chef's life'', which makes me so curious! Since it was my first time, I chose the popular Esprit (¥590), the beautiful Mont Blanc (¥570), and the hazelnut cream and orange cake (¥570) that I was curious about. Payment is by cash only. The shortcake was fluffy overall, with a delicate taste and a fleeting aftertaste. Gentle taste. Mont Blanc also had a simple taste that was easy for children to eat. Mont Blanc at fashionable shops often has alcohol in it, so contrary to my expectations, this simple Mont Blanc was refreshing. The cream and the crispy texture matched well and it was delicious too! The hazelnut cream cake that caught my attention has Esprit's chic atmosphere, but it's a cute cake. This is a combination I've never tried before, and it feels like I've stepped into the world of French sweets. The combination of cream flavor and orange scent was fresh, and it went well with the nuts on top and was delicious. It's a cake that you'd like to enjoy with a nice cup of tea and enjoy while enjoying it during tea time, rather than eating it with everyone. There are many other cakes that will give you a new experience, so you should try buying some cakes and baked goods on your next visit.
