::The rich soup is very delicious, and you can choose from thin or thick noodles, and you can specify the firmness. However, there is no pepper, pickled ginger, or sesame seeds at the counter seats (there is a charge for mustard mustard greens). Regarding red ginger, there is a sign asking you to tell the staff what you want, but there is no other explanation. However, the guidance to seats is reasonable, and if you do not wish to sit at a table, you will be given priority to an empty counter seat.

::It was my first time visiting the store. Even though it was only 20 minutes before opening, there were already many customers waiting. It's hot so I'm waiting in the car. Opens at 11am♪ There were 5 of us, so we decided to sit in the back room. Seated at. When I looked at the menu, I saw various things written about it, including the hardness of the dark noodles. When ordering, I read it carefully so that I could understand it smoothly to the staff, and ordered Kuromaru Tonkotsu Ramen and fried rice♪ As expected, it is a popular restaurant, with 80% of the seats occupied at this point. As soon as I entered, I noticed that the inside of the store was very crowded. . . There's an air conditioner, but it's not cool at all, it's hot. I'm silent and I'm sweating. When I looked around, everyone was sweating. Is it some kind of torture? ? And just like that, I got my ramen. The taste is just the right amount of kotteri, which will suit different tastes. Is it on the verge of becoming muddy? I feel like I'm not good at it. The fried rice was mentioned in other reviews, but it wasn't soggy and had a nice salty taste. So, my sweat is in the fried rice, right? I'm sweating profusely. Around you too. The clerk asked me, ``Is your cooler broken?'' when I heard It is fully operational 💦. Is it extra hot because it's on the edge? Even though I thought so, I was so sweaty that my shirt was wringing... This is a situation that would be impossible at a restaurant. Instead of a fan on the menu, you can use a flap. I couldn't get out because other people were still eating. Should I go to the toilet for a moment? and. At that time, when I put my hand on the air conditioner outlet, only a moderate amount of air came out. Is this air conditioner broken or are you trying to raise the temperature in order to get the guests home early? It was as lukewarm as I expected. That's hot! ️I'm going to sweat!! ️ It's not a BBQ, so please turn on the air conditioning properly. I also know that the clerk's response is hot. There are so many customers that it doesn't work. Since it was said in a similar manner, I guess the store itself has no intention of improving it. That's why I reduced 2 stars. At least use a fan or something to blow the air? I can't imagine doing it again. Even if you go there with other people, it might be winter. That's how unpleasant it is.

::My first time at Furaiken. I ate fried garlic tonkotsu ramen! The flavor of the soup is strong, and I think people who like strong flavors will like it. Personally, I liked it ♪ The fried rice was a little sticky, but it was delicious! Unfortunately, the tables were dirty, probably because there were always a lot of people and the turnover rate was fast...

::I absolutely love this place, this Ramen shop has become my absolute favourite in Miyakonojo, the hospitality of the staff is like no other, the food is delicious, I have tried most of the dishes on the menu and I can asure that all of them are prepared with a high standard and detail oriented. I love the fact that like in all the top Ramen restaurants you can choose the depth in flavour in regard of tour broth and also how done or well done you want your noodles cooked. Obviously their signature dish is Tonkotsu ramen, but the one with garlic the one with black sesame is also out of this world, I absolutely recommend, they have bite size gyoza just like the ones that Fukuoka is famous for and they have a vending machine that offers ultra cold mini cocacola bottles. Make sure you arrive on time specially of you arrive with a big number of guest because if fills immediately after opening at 6pm.
