  Every time I am asked to specify the package to be shipped. I understand that they are checking to make sure there are no dangerous or breakable items, but is there really a need to be that specific? From now on, I will try to use convenience stores as much as possible.

  The staff are generally unfriendly. Just by taking out a slightly thick envelope, the contents are revealed in front of the customer. If you don't say something specific, you'll probably get angry. I will not use it again in the future.
