  Today, when I asked for an urgent document to be sent by express delivery, a tall elderly woman answered the call, but perhaps because she was in the wrong place, she seemed to be fighting with me the whole time, which made me feel very bad. I had no choice but to go to the limited number of counters as it was a public holiday. I don't want to use it again.

  Although the building is small and the space is limited, the post office is loved by locals because of its flexible customer service.
