in August last year When I fell and injured myself while touring, I was transferred to Fukuyama Municipal Hospital after about a month, and this is the hospital that specializes in rehabilitation, where I stayed for about 3 months. The rooms are clean, separated by shelves, and you can use the TV and refrigerator as much as you want. I also had sleepwear and daytime clothes, and I changed my clothes twice a day. In the day room with a table and chairs, I drank tea every day and did independent training while watching TV until lights out at 9pm. Rehabilitation sessions were held every day, regardless of the day of the week, and specialized rehabilitation staff taught and trained me one-on-one. Most of our staff are young and energetic, but they are all qualified, so please feel free to ask them anything. Sometimes they are strict, and sometimes they worry about you like family members, and sometimes they get angry, but if you have a goal and work hard, I think that depending on your efforts, you will be discharged from the hospital sooner. Basically, most of the people working there were kind and friendly, and I was treated with kindness. However, in my case, I felt like I had less freedom. Depending on the patient, there was a risk of them escaping or wandering. Permission was required even for just one person to get on the elevator and go down, and someone was there to guard even just going to the store on the first floor. And is that not enough? The iron door leading to the stairs had a key with a PIN number. Also, in winter it was cold due to ventilation. Still, I was glad that I was able to focus on rehabilitation and stay in the hospital. Thank you to all the hospital staff. I am especially grateful to the people who took care of me. thank you!

I stopped breathing and lost consciousness, I was able to receive first aid in case of an emergency. Why did I have to receive emergency treatment? Hospitals should pursue this.

I am giving it 5 stars because it is a wonderful hospital and I want everyone to use it. My mother was hospitalized at this facility for three months, and during a test sleepover before being discharged, she was in a ``delirium and restlessness'' state, so when I checked her prescription medication, I found the Rivastouch patch. This drug is indicated only for "Alzheimer's type dementia". When I interviewed the doctor after the test, he explained, ``I prescribed this to prevent cognitive decline. If I had to write the name of the disease on the medical certificate, it would be written as Alzheimer's disease.'' (Audio recording included) However, before this hospitalization, my mother underwent an image diagnosis for dementia at Ota Memorial Hospital, and it was determined that she did not suffer from Alzheimer's disease. The package insert for the Rivastouch patch states, ``Significant side effects: delirium and restlessness,'' which means that my mother was experiencing side effects from the off-label prescription. Due to the effects of the new coronavirus, I was unable to visit him, and while I was away for a test, I discovered severe side effects. From this point forward, we did not stop the prescription until we pointed it out during the interview, and we continued to prescribe risperidone (indication: suppresses excitement and suppresses hallucinations and delusions) to suppress the side effects that had occurred. I was surprised to find out that there were 13 prescription drugs in total when I was discharged from the hospital, but I was even more surprised to find out that I was given risperidone. The side effects caused by the administration of multiple drugs were complex, and after carefully sorting the drugs, he took only four drugs, including antihypertensive drugs, from the day he was discharged from the hospital, and was on three drugs within a month of his discharge. Immediately after being discharged from the hospital, he returned home completely in a wheelchair, but by doing muscle training at home such as squats and flexing his joints, he was able to live without a wheelchair within a month of being discharged from the hospital. . I sent a video of myself walking independently to the hospital, but I would like to know how the doctors, nurses, and physical therapists looked at it. What does it say about the fact that he was in the level of support level 2 before being admitted to the hospital, but came back with level of care level 1 during the hospital stay...even though it's a rehabilitation hospital? Also, my mother received a blood transfusion to treat her anemia, but after she was discharged from the hospital, the referral letter (medical information provision form) to her family doctor stated that ``the family did not request a bone marrow aspiration,'' but they did not recommend any tests or tests. There was no guidance. After being discharged from the hospital, a doctor at another hospital asked him, ``Did you refuse to undergo a test for the progression of your anemia, which requires symptomatic treatment with blood transfusions?'' and it was discovered that the referral letter contained false information. One of the philosophies of this hospital is ``to help you regain your sense of self.'' wonderful! This is a recommended hospital.

This is just my personal impression of the response I received. No matter how wonderful the building or the facilities inside, it is only managed by humans. This is an evaluation of human error. However, I think people who are familiar with it are familiar with it, so I think that's a good thing.

My mother suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and has been hospitalized since March. Most of the staff were young and I felt that everyone was kind and kind. The teachers in charge are also kind and give detailed explanations. There are some hospital rules, but I was also a little selfish. Although I couldn't meet him due to the coronavirus, I felt at ease because he occasionally sent me videos of his rehabilitation. I'm about to be discharged from the hospital, but I'm glad I chose this hospital.
