Also, the man at the reception desk was clearly in a bad mood when answering the phone. If so, don't come out! Even when I went to the reception desk, the attitude was bad, but the service was the worst. Even though I'm an anxious patient, I really hate it. If you can't handle it, you should call me. If you are going to be hospitalized, you should listen carefully. The counselor imposes his opinion on me to the point where it's annoying and neglects me.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are unable to meet in person, but you can meet on an iPad next to the reception desk. It's only 5 minutes, but I appreciate it very much.
