  I visited today to have my damaged bankbook reissued. The bank staff was very kind and had a smile on their faces, which helped me a lot (^o^) There are no numbered tickets like other banks, so I think it's convenient because you don't have to wait. This is a store that I would like to use again!

  The staff at the counter was inefficient. I went through the paperwork related to online banking, but none of the people at the counter knew how to do it, so I had to contact the headquarters for instructions one by one. Moreover, since they do not understand the content, their explanations are clumsy and cannot be understood at all. In the end, I had to take over the phone and communicate directly with the person in charge at the headquarters...(;１_１) In this day and age, online banking is commonplace at all banks, so why not let people learn more?
