  The store is new and clean. As usual, banks are in the process of being replaced by the internet and AI, and for a bank of this size there are only a few employees. There aren't many customers, but my grandmother was asking the bank staff a lot before me, and I guess that's just the kind of demand. I visited the store to make a large transfer and apply for online banking, but the customers were me and my grandmother. There was no waiting time and it was comfortable. The knowledge of the bank staff was poor.

  I came to the store after 10am on Friday, June 2nd to change my address. The post office, Fukubank, and Nishinippon City also completed the address change procedure in advance and came to our bank. Obviously poor customer service. Is it okay to have no sense of responsibility?
