  Due to an incorrect address on Yu-Pack, the package could not be delivered, so when I called them, they responded very kindly. Even when the corresponding department changed, I received a quick return call which was very helpful. I was very impressed with his beautiful use of language. thank you very much.

  They helped me post a greeting card despite my lack of Japanese language skills. It turns out that since June 20, 2022, handwritten labels cannot be sent to destinations such as the United States and Europe! The woman at the counter kindly guided me through the process of generating a label, despite it being nearly closing time.   You can find many Fukuoka postcards here, especially the gotochi postcards, regional post office exclusive posta collect postcards, etc. Great place for postcard collectors and tourists to buy souvenirs. There is a unique postbox outside the post office.

  The staff here helpful despite my very limited Japanese I was able to successfully get my SIM card I had delivered here with ease. Just be sure to have your tracking number and ID so that the staff can find it easily for you. I have not shipped a package from this location, but it appears to be very easy to do so, with forms and areas to fill these out readily available.

  They have currency exchange services, however this isn't listed on maps. Great service and very helpful
