::As a foreigner to all other fellow foreigners I want you to steer clear from this bank. I wanted to open a bank account and a Nissa account but the customer service here is not welcoming. You need to make a reservation to open an account and they won’t open a nissa account if you don’t understand Japanese, even if your Japanese partner is there with you. I thought that this being the larger bank in the region it might be a little bit more understanding of foreigners.

::It's about parking. After the store closes, when I use it mainly on weekend nights, there are times when it is nearly full. It probably belonged to a customer at a nearby restaurant. I previously called the manager of the Tosu store regarding this matter, but nothing was resolved. (I don't think anything has been done.) It's fine because there's a security guard on duty during business hours, but at night, customers of the restaurant can park as much as they want, and there was barely one vacant car, which was a good thing, but I had to park even though I had something to do at the bank. I hope that the current situation of not being able to do so will be resolved as soon as possible. If you are partnering with a restaurant, I would like you to secure at least 3 cars so that bank customers can park there. I think the best option is to charge a fee like the Saga Bank Tosu Branch. I would also like to discuss this with the manager of a nearby store. It is impossible for ATM users to park on the street because the parking lot is full. Please, please.

I was told this, so when I went to complete the procedure, my parents were called to confirm without a single word to me. There was no explanation of ``I will call you to confirm'' or ``I will call you to confirm'' in the follow-up report. It wasn't until I got home that I learned that my parents had received a confirmation call from the bank. I was filled with disbelief. It is very regrettable.
