  The slightly older woman at the counter was wearing fake eyelashes on her dull eyelids? Eyelashes? It was crunchy and painful. Others aren't responding very well either. Even though it's just a local bank, why do they seem so bossy? The nearby Rokin Bank has better counter service.

  In terms of money management, it may be the most reliable local bank in this area. However, for some reason, I get the feeling that the store staff is being a bit arrogant... When I ask them to show me the detailed slip they submitted, they sometimes say, "I'll show it to you," and I don't want them to give me the wrong name too many times. I hope you can improve that area.

  When I requested a transfer at the counter, I was transferred to an ATM. Then, I transferred money at an ATM together with a bank employee. I understand if there is a shortage of manpower, but why don't you just deal with it at the counter? Don't want to work?
