  There is Docomo free Wi-Fi, which was convenient to use while waiting. I waited for nearly 20 minutes to get a seal stamped on my documents, but it can't be helped since it's a bank... The staff at the counter who answered my questions were courteous. On the way, when an elderly customer ignored the reception number and placed something at the counter without permission, someone who appeared to be in charge said, ``Please do not leave anything there. ”, and all the staff stood up (although it seemed like they were paying for it after all), and it was clear that they were training well on a daily basis in terms of crime prevention.
