  We do not accept notification of change of address. There is only a postcard. I was told to write it out and send it in the post, but since I was too lazy to make a copy of the identification document, I went there in person, but it was no use. It can't be helped because it's simple, but the response is poor. Looks like a hassle. I went to the nearby post office...I couldn't hear the mumbling clearly. Uncle, if your work at the counter is too troublesome, you should quit.
