  I came to Fukui for the first time on a solo trip, so I used it. The location is great, close to the station. I had a relaxing time in the twin room. It was great to be able to eat local food at the breakfast buffet.

  I think it's an old hotel. The facilities were old, but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The woman at the front desk was also courteous. However, I wanted to wake up in the morning with some sunlight, so I decided to open the curtains and go to sleep, but there were no lace curtains and I could see through the windows of the building across the street, so I didn't open the curtains for a long time, and the walls were too thick. I tried to keep quiet, but I was a little startled by the faint thumping and knocking sounds I heard late at night, thinking it was a strange phenomenon. The ventilation fan in the bathroom wasn't connected to the electricity in the bathroom, so I couldn't sleep because of the constant roaring noise. Although it is old, there is an outlet near the bedside, so I didn't feel any inconvenience in that area.

  I think this is probably the best business hotel in fukui, considering how most of them are super dated. This place is still renovated so it’s definitely the best option if you prefer something more modern. Keep in mind they do not have free parking. There is parking nearby for 500-1100 for 24 hours depending on how far you walk. Staff was friendly too.
