Perhaps it was due to a lack of knowledge or perhaps they were unkind, but they did not respond in a very friendly manner. Unsatisfied, I contacted the head office call center after I got home and was told that a power of attorney was not necessary in the case described by the customer, so I went to another post office and explained the process. I had the procedure done. I wasted my precious time. This often happens with local stations, so it is better to use the call center in advance.

I had something to do at the ATM and I don't go to the post office often, so I went to ask the receptionist about it, and an elderly woman laughed and explained to me. I didn't want to go anymore because I felt so bad.

Men always talk dirty. What kind of education are you doing? Maybe it's the countryside. It would be fine if it was a friendly word of mouth, but I feel uncomfortable because it is a familiar word of mouth.

No matter what time you go, there will be a line at the post office reception desk. The reason is that the receptionist (an elderly woman) is extremely slow! In addition, the staff in charge of the separate window who are free (2 young women) are not available to help! ! The other day, the situation was even worse, with a customer bringing a chair to the mail reception counter and sitting there for an extended period of time, while I was serving customers while researching something. The waitress was completely focused on the one customer who was staring at the number of customers who had been waiting in line for a long time. The two women at the counter next to me looked like they didn't know me! An elderly woman was so impatient that she asked for a piece of mail to be processed, but she was only asked to wait! A customer (middle-aged woman) who brings a chair to the mail reception counter and receives endless customer service is also a customer, but the person who does so without any problem is also strange! If there's something you don't understand, wouldn't the appropriate response be to ask them to write in the space on the side and have them wait there? The mail reception counter has had a long line of people since it first opened, but it turns out that there is a problem with the attitude and ability of the person in charge! I thought it would be convenient to have one nearby, but it ended up taking a lot of time that day, so I went to another Imaizumi post office. At the Imaizumi Post Office, there was one customer at the mail counter, but another person from the counter next to him immediately cheerfully guided me over. This post office is much smaller than Fujioka Post Office, but...the work is always fast and it feels great♪ No matter how spacious and clean a post office is, if the staff's lack of friendliness, poor workmanship, and poor service attitude stand out, you won't be able to visit it! I think we need to reconsider our work attitude from the beginning! ! By the way...is it normal that no matter when you go, you don't see any male employees? At Takyo, there is always a male employee in the back seat, so the back seat is always empty!

It's new, so I asked. I entered the store and wanted to buy some stamps, but there were three employees there, but it seemed like a large customer had just left, so I didn't receive any attention from them at all, so I waited for a while, but when I left, I did.
