I ordered tonkotsu ramen, but I don't know what it tastes like. It's not pork bones, it's not salt, it's not soy sauce, and it's super bad. It's no longer ramen, it's more like ramen. Even if you ask for salt or soy sauce, the taste is almost the same. When I put the bean sprouts on it as a topping, I put it on without draining it and making it crumbly, so the soup is thinner. There's no ramen sauce either. Pepper is the only thing that changes the taste. And the bean sprouts stink. Char siu is dry meat with no taste. Is it really pork? A young blond guy in the kitchen with piercings was singing and dancing by himself, swinging chopsticks in both hands. This is the first time I've eaten such bad tasting ramen. Umakachan, an instant bag ramen, has better noodles and soup. It was a waste of money and time. The worst taste of my life. I gave it 1 star for the first time. It was the worst ramen.   The ramen was bad, the staff in the kitchen were chatting with each other without wearing masks, and when handing over change, they handed it to me as if they were shaking it off.   Hiyashi chuka has started again this year! Lots of ingredients as usual. The flavor is different from the typical street Chinese restaurants that only serve the taste of umami seasonings.
