  I have to put one star because I made a reservation on March 5th and still today I haven't received a confirmation that my reservation is booked . I tried to contact you several times by phone, email and Twitter and no response.

  Awesome experience. More than our expectations. Location is fine. Near Iidabashi station. Hotel is beautifully built. Room might of been a lil bit small for 2 guys. However it was equipped with everything we could ask for. Hot plate, Fridge, Air Freshener, Microwave, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Television, AC obvio, necessary kitchen utensils, and even torch lol. Loved it!

  We had a good stay. Friendly helpful people. Also a comfy room on the top floor with a nice view to the Tokyo skyline.
