For the first time in a while, I went to the Fukuoka main store of Haraku Manju located in the Nishishin shopping district of Nishishin, Fukuoka City, just before it opens at 10am on weekdays. As expected, Haraku Manju (Imagawa-yaki, Kaiten-yaki) is the soul food of Nishishin and Fukuoka City, so there was already a queue of about 10 people. The store will open at 10am, and Harakumanju will be baked and sold one after another right in front of your eyes. There are two types of Harakumanju, black bean paste and white bean paste, each costing 110 yen (tax included), and payment can only be made in cash. I took the opportunity to have one black bean paste and one white bean paste, and entered the room, telling them that I would be eating in the next room. In the next room, we had hot green tea and other self-service drinks, and there were 3 seats for 2 people and 4 seats for 4 people, and we sat in one of them♪ The Haraku Manju was just as you would expect, the outside was nicely toasted and glossy, and the filling inside was piping hot, soft, sweet, and had a high quality feel to it.It was truly delicious♪ Until now, I was more of a black bean fan, but I now know that white bean paste is also delicious! In addition, it seems that they are particular about the ingredients, with the red beans being produced in Hokkaido and the honey produced domestically. Haraku Manju located in the Nishijin shopping district of Nishishin, Fukuoka City. The Haraku Manju at the Fukuoka main store is delicious and highly recommended! *If you are interested in this store, please press save so you can see it later♪

It goes without saying that Hiraku Manju is a very famous shop. Making old-fashioned bean paste Have you ever looked at the ingredient list of commercially available bean paste? I think most of them contain thickeners to turn them into bean paste in a short time and preservatives to make them last longer. Haraku Manju does not contain any of these ingredients. The beans are slowly cooked, taking time and effort, until they turn into bean paste, then sugar is added and kneaded. Because it is handmade in the traditional way, the depth of flavor and deliciousness are different. Domestic adzuki beans/large-scale red beans What is the material of the bean paste? I often get this question, but Kuro-an is made from red beans, and Shiro-an is made from large-sized beans. Both are highly nutritious beans grown in the fertile soil of the Tokachi region of Hokkaido. We use carefully selected beans exclusively for Haraku Manju, which are computer-sorted and hand-sorted by our partner companies. Hiraku Manju uses domestic pure honey, which is the origin of its name. Our company has been in the beekeeping business since before the war, and using the techniques cultivated there, we still produce high-quality domestic honey through outsourcing contractors. This is a whopping 110 yen. It's too cheap. It's too delicious. Everyone, please try it at least once. It's really really delicious! I will continue to support you!

White bean paste 110 yen. Delicious and elegantly sweet! There is an eat-in corner on the side where you can sit and enjoy steamed buns with tea. It's an amazing shop, perfect for taking a break after strolling around the shopping district. thank you!
