::Like an old lady that's had a face lift, but no other work done. The lobby and downstairs are very nice, but the rooms and associated public areas are a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, not a huge range. Still, a good value proposition. Staff were very nice to smelly cycle tourists.

::If you’re looking for a budget stay, you’ll be very satisfied. Very clean and spacious (rooms and beds much larger than competitors’), free laundry, large bath (scrubbed very clean), free breakfast plus free drinks throughout the day. Very quiet despite being next to train station. Parking lot on site only ¥400/night or free parking 150m away. Based on stay in twin room with my mom and one year-old son.

::Very nice staff. Delicious breakfast. Good communal bath on first floor. Room for 5. Had to call ahead as their custom website is difficult/impossible, BUT the staff was very friendly and held the room no problem. Thank you guys!

::Free breakfast, free massage chair, and free laundry, free comic books, and free parking also. All is free. And service quality is high. Building is quite old but, strongly recommended.
