  The guy who answered the phone was great. When I tried to enter the room, the key was not available, so I called from the phone outside, and was told in a bossy voice, "Please pull your car further back and park," and then hung up on me. I couldn't hear what I wanted to hear, and I felt really bad, so I quickly moved to Hotel Miyako. Do you hate customer business? ? ? ? ? ?

  There is shampoo conditioner and body soap, but no cleansing face wash. The half-used ice was already being made! Water pressure in the shower is MAX!

  The rooms are clean and spacious, but the jet bath cannot be used in some bathrooms, so it can be a hit or miss depending on the room.
