  Being an American living in Japan, I really appreciate the help I received from this great store purchasing a new TV for my home. I purchased a 65" tv from Espot, and since I don't have a car, the store provided a loaner kei truck for me to take the tv home. After hooking up the tv, I noticed that there was 1 dead pixel, so I decided to give the store a call to see what I could do. The customer service person who picked up the call was super helpful. Within 2 hours of the call, Espot delivered another tv to my house and hooked everything up for me. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. This is honestly the best experience I have had purchasing consumer electronics. Best Buy in America would never do this for their customers. I highly recommend this store. The customer service is excellent, and prices are extremely reasonable. A+++

  This place is always crowded, especially in the morning. Cheapest supermarket in the city. They don't carry much foreign foods like taco shells, tortilla, lasagna, etc.

  It is a great supermarket, you can buy anything here, tvs sofa, bikes and everything in between. The food and drinks is also a good selection. Often there is discounted food up to 50% if you go in the evening. The staff are friendly and always patient and helpful.

  I was particularly impressed by the strawberries I bought from here. They are way too yummy to describe by words. On top of the strawberries there are many other kinds of foods, fresh fruit and so on that you can buy here. The prices are very very competitive verging on the edge of being cheap.
