::The embassy office is relatively small compared with other embassies. The staffs are not really professional enough (two different staffs gave two different information, which wasted my another day and efforts for visa applications). No online reservation system is provided either. As most of the embassies, you should prepare bureaucracy and bad temper from the staffs (mostly old ones).
