  Such a racist place. I went to creat an account to this bank. They said no because i am a foreigner. And they laughed at me like manners doesn’t even exist. When i asked the head office about this, they said they don’t have such rules like foreigner cannot creat an account at ehime bank. I don’t recommend this place. (差別した)
